Seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to support high-volume quick service restaurants within travel centers.
Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager in managing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Assist with food prep, expedite service, and create a positive work environment.
Pay ranges from $39,400 to $57,125 annually.
Qualifications include excellent leadership and customer service skills, integrity, accountability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of food service management experience.
