- Utilizes catering to promote community involvement and sales growth.
- Manages staffing, schedules, and recruitment to maintain optimal team performance.
- Ensures cleanliness, safety, and a positive work environment, responding promptly to guest feedback.
- Performs duties requiring physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Requires at least three years of high-volume restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a guest-focused approach.
