Assistant General Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- High-volume experience of at least $8M+
- 2+ years of AGM experience
- Ability to motivate and lead others
- A history of successful restaurant management
- Solid tenure, no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- Ability to create an amazing guest experience
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Successful financial management with COGS and Labor
