    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class restaurant and bar team across all outlets
    • Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational excellence
    • Manage scheduling for optimal guest service and operational efficiency
    • Oversee bar operations including cocktail menu creation and seasonal updates
    • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for food and beverage
    • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
    • Support daily operations to guarantee an outstanding guest experience

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 5–10 years management experience in High-Volume food & beverage operations
    • 3–5 years bar or resort-based management preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant/Bar Management, or related field preferred
    • Strong business, financial, and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Willingness to work nights and weekends (closed major holidays)
    • Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items as needed
