Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class restaurant and bar team across all outlets
- Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational excellence
- Manage scheduling for optimal guest service and operational efficiency
- Oversee bar operations including cocktail menu creation and seasonal updates
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for food and beverage
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Support daily operations to guarantee an outstanding guest experience
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–10 years management experience in High-Volume food & beverage operations
- 3–5 years bar or resort-based management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant/Bar Management, or related field preferred
- Strong business, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Willingness to work nights and weekends (closed major holidays)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items as needed
