What You'll Do

  • Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations alongside the General Manager
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
  • Maintain elevated service standards, food quality, and presentation
  • Oversee reservations, guest flow, and VIP experiences
  • Support labor, inventory, and cost controls to drive profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience in upscale or fine dining
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Knowledge of elevated service standards, wine service, and restaurant operations
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, and POS systems
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
