What You'll Do
- Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations alongside the General Manager
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
- Maintain elevated service standards, food quality, and presentation
- Oversee reservations, guest flow, and VIP experiences
- Support labor, inventory, and cost controls to drive profitability
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience in upscale or fine dining
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of elevated service standards, wine service, and restaurant operations
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, and POS systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
