Position Overview
CLFC Healthcare & Communications is hiring clinically skilled respite care providers for military Families caring for exceptional family members with complex medical needs. As a Level 4 Respite Care Provider you deliver everything a Level 3 provider delivers, plus care that demands clinical judgment: seizure response, tube feedings, tracheotomy suctioning, and monitoring of home medical equipment.

Assignments are matched through CLFC's BRIDGE App with a complete service plan and a verified skills profile behind every match.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one care for exceptional family members with complex medical conditions according to the service plan.

Provide full daily living support: meal preparation, bathing, feeding, toileting, lifting, positioning, and dressing.

Document each visit clinically and accurately; report changes in condition promptly.
Claim and confirm assignments through CLFC's BRIDGE App.
