How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Design work schedules and coordinate daily assignments to optimize staffing levels and ensure seamless clinical operations.

  • Train, coach, and evaluate staff against performance benchmarks while providing key input on hiring and termination procedures.

  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality patient care and maximize positive clinical outcomes.

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, proactively adjusting supplies to prevent shortages and control costs.

  • Streamline daily workflows and staff assignments to drive efficient, effective, and patient-centered care delivery.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

  • One or more of the following required:

  • Respiratory Care Practitioner obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

  • Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

  • Advanced Life Support preferred.

  • Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
