How you'll make an impact in this role
Design work schedules and coordinate daily assignments to optimize staffing levels and ensure seamless clinical operations.
Train, coach, and evaluate staff against performance benchmarks while providing key input on hiring and termination procedures.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality patient care and maximize positive clinical outcomes.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, proactively adjusting supplies to prevent shortages and control costs.
Streamline daily workflows and staff assignments to drive efficient, effective, and patient-centered care delivery.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Respiratory Care Practitioner obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Advanced Life Support preferred.
Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
