Position Type: Travel Contract
Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts, Every Other Weekend Required

Job Description

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in a high-acuity hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have strong respiratory care and critical care experience with the ability to manage diverse patient populations in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic treatments
• Administer oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and critical care situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and respiratory treatment records
• Support both adult and pediatric patient care needs as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• Current AHA PALS certification required
• Active RRT certification through NBRC required
• Strong critical care and ventilator management skills
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
