Respiratory Therapist
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our care team and help our residents breathe easier and live better.
Responsibilities Include:
- Administering respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, documenting care accurately.
- Assisting in emergency respiratory interventions as needed.
- Educating residents and families on respiratory care and equipment use.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Ohio.
- CRT or RRT credential (NBRC certified).
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
