What Youll Do
- Conduct in-home patient assessments for respiratory care needs
- Educate patients on respiratory equipment and prescribed therapy
- Set up and support respiratory equipment including ventilators, PAP devices, oxygen, and related equipment (as assigned)
- Monitor equipment use and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Provide follow-up support to help patients stay compliant and understand their care
- Document all services according to company standards and required workflows
What You Need
Required
- Active license based on role and applicable state requirements:
- RRT or CRT (Respiratory Therapist) or
- RN (Registered Nurse) or
- RC (Respiratory Care Practitioner)
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to live within ~50 miles of Whiteville, NC
- Personal vehicle required
- 1+ year clinical experience (as stated in eligibility/qualifications section)
- Compliance with N95 fit testing requirements (per role requirements)
Preferred
- Prior experience with home healthcare and/or respiratory equipment
- Strong independence skills working with minimal oversight
- Comfort with equipment troubleshooting and patient education
About the Assignment
This is a PRN / Paid Per Service home healthcare opportunity supporting patients in Whiteville and surrounding communities. Youll be responsible for completing accepted in-home respiratory equipment setups and assessments, providing patient education and follow-up support, and documenting services per standardsgiving you flexibility to accept as many assignments as you want.
