Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $45.00 $50.00 / hour

- Sign-on bonus of $2,000 (after 60 days) and additional $2,000 (after 180 days)

What Youll Do
- Manage ventilation therapy for pediatric and ALS patients
- Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and equipment setups
- Monitor and adjust advanced respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on ventilation management
- Maintain accurate documentation of care plans and interventions
- Provide on-call consultation support as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RRT or RN license (Massachusetts or eligible for licensing in MA)
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
- Proficiency with respiratory equipment and download software
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
- Availability to work MondayFriday, with scheduled on-call weeks
Preferred:
- Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
- Previous home respiratory care experience
- Additional technical expertise in respiratory equipment
