Join Our Team as a Vent Patient Specialist - RRT or RN

We are looking for a highly skilled Vent Patient Specialist to provide expert respiratory management across Eastern Massachusetts. In this role, you will manage ventilation patients, conduct comprehensive assessments, and deliver specialized education to patients and caregivers. You will set up and monitor advanced respiratory equipment, maintain meticulous documentation, and provide on-call consultations to support ongoing patient care. Required Skills:
- Active RRT or RN licensure
- Valid drivers license
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
- Proficiency with equipment download software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Deductive problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Home respiratory care experience
- Advanced technical equipment knowledge
- Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
- Continuous learning orientation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant licensure as an RRT or RN
- Prior experience in pediatric or ALS ventilation care
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- On-call availability one week every 4-6 weeks
- Willingness to travel Northeast MA
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of $45$50/hour, combined with mileage reimbursement
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days, additional $2,000 after 180 days
