Starting Pay Range: $33.50 – $45.09 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.00
We are seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) / Respiratory Care Practitioner I (RCP I) to provide high-quality respiratory care and pulmonary therapy. This role includes mechanical ventilation management, pulmonary diagnostics, airway management, and emergency response, with accurate documentation of care.
In the absence of a supervisor, the CRT/RCP I may serve as Lead RCP, overseeing operations during their shift.
Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders
Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management
Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis
Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor
Respond to critical care situations and emergencies
Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
