Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities include:

  • The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for overseeing respiratory care under the orders of the Medical Director. 

  • The RT is responsible for completion of all documentation, communication, maintenance of respiratory equipment and continuing training and competency of staff related to respiratory needs of residents, including those receiving ventilator support.

Requirements of RN/LPN's:
  • Respiratory Therapist License or permit for practicing Respiratory Therapy is required
