Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend

Holiday Requirements: 1 summer 1 winter per contract

Floating Requirements: Will float throughout the facility and be assigned various units, including ER

• Level III Trauma Center
• Primary stroke center
• Level II NICU
• Beds: 167

Unit Information:  Beds: Varies based on unit 

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years

Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Neonate to geriatric, inpatient, ED, ICU/critical patients, including deliveries and open hearts

Required License, National Certification, Certs:   BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Will accept RRT or CRT

Skills required:

• Hard Stops: experience with critical/ICU patients, ABG draws, weaning and extubating patients, vent management, BiPAP and CPAP management, nebulizers
• Preferred: Placing art lines, intubation
• Preferred: NICU experience, experience in c-sections, and assisting with deliveries. Please include in offer if they have this experience

• RNs on the units
• Rapid Response/Code Team
• Other RRTs
• Leaders/Supervisors for department

Technology/Equipment:

• EMR: EPIC
• Med dispensing: Pyxis
• Monitors:

Unit specific equipment: Puritan Bennet, Hamilton vents

Floating: If yes, where:  Will float throughout the facility and be assigned various units, including ER

Orientation (facility and unit) :

• NEO
• 1-2 shifts in department, based on comfort level
