The Resource Teacher at St. Louis Catholic Academy provides targeted academic support to students with diverse learning needs. This role focuses on delivering individualized and small-group instruction, collaborating with classroom teachers, and ensuring that all students are supported in reaching their full academic and personal potential within a faith-based learning environment.
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Certification or experience in special education, intervention, or related area preferred. Knowledge of differentiated instruction and intervention strategies. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Commitment to Catholic education and student-centered learning.
Elementary school setting with a focus on academic support services. Collaborative, faith-based educational community. Regular interaction with students, teachers, staff, and families.
