Job Description
Maintain daily schedules for field service resources to ensure efficient dispatch and timely completion of service calls.
Plan preventive maintenance visits and Field Change Orders according to established timelines.
Monitor and update schedules to support service, installation, and compliance deadlines.
Coordinate with service teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and changing priorities.
Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and field personnel regarding service activities.
Assign and modify service orders within the scheduling system.
Document customer interactions, service activities, and resource information accurately.
Record indirect activities such as training, meetings, and employee absences.
Order service parts to support maintenance and repair activities.
Track open service orders and ensure timely completion.
Escalate scheduling issues or service concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Review and resolve basic resource conflicts using available scheduling data.
Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining accurate planning documentation.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1 3 years of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, planning, or administrative experience
Experience with CRM software
Knowledge of service operations or field service environments
Experience with documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with operational excellence tools and regulatory compliance processes
