Resolutions Support Specialist Role: To preserve the credit union's assets by preparing the appropriate paperwork and submitting the documentation package to maximize the credit union recovery. This position will also work with the appropriate parties to recover Credit Union collateral. Acts as backup to Resolutions Specialist as needed. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Skills: Experience: One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. Education: A high school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Other Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, comprehend and follow complex technical procedures. Attention to detail. Basic Excel experience required.
