The Residential Trips & Events Associate assists in providing meaningful and successful outings and activities for residents. The incumbent attends trips ensuring resident safety by following established policies. We offer: 100% paid medical, dental and vision, employer paid life insurance and AD&D for employees working 30+ hours/week (Option to buy-up if desired). In addition, we offer a Flexible Spending account for medical and childcare reimbursements with a $500.00 rollover feature (No Rollover on childcare) AND the option to purchase Long Term disability insurance. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 403(B) plan (Eligibility on 403b – 20+ hours per week) – We match 50 cents for every dollar saved up to 10% of your annual salary. Matching begins the first of the quarter following 1 year of employment. Full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to 16 paid time off days, 6 paid holidays and 3 personal days. Pro-rated paid time off is available to part-time employees. Pay: $21-$23 Hours: Maximum 8 hours/week Maximum 8 hours/week float for trips and events with Resident Services. Events may include on-site lectures, parties, movies, etc. and offsite theatre, concerts, restaurants, museums, etc. CPR and Food Handlers Permit will both need to be fulfilled at our expense after hiring. Days/Evenings/Weekends This is a flexible, part-time position with a schedule based on the monthly calendar of resident events and outings. Schedules are typically finalized by the 15th of the prior month. Employees provide their availability and are scheduled accordingly. Occasional evening hours and optional last-minute coverage opportunities may arise but are not required. When not supporting outings or events, this role may assist with attendance tracking and other administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with residents and participating in local outings and community events.
