Residential Support Worker (KRCC - Perry & Knott Counties)

Title: Residential Support Worker -1915(i) RISE program

Company/Location: Kentucky River Community Care/Perry and Knott Counties

Credentials: High School diploma or GED and valid driver’s license

EmploymentType: Regular Full-Time

Special Skills/Knowledge Required: Reliable and dependable; ability to utilize the electronic medical record; excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Primary Functions of job:

• Provide direct services in a residential setting to adults with Serious Mental Illness.
• Provide transportation services utilizing a KRCC vehicle.
• Assure safety and cleanliness in the home.
• Provide medication administration to clients in the home

Shift/Days & Work Hours: All shifts available-days, nights and weekends.

Funding Source for Position: Medicaid
