Summary:
The Residential Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to assist the Manager. This position also performs regular duties, works with the respective program manager and /Director of Clinical Services to assist in overseeing the residents' care, programming, activities and other related services to meet their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervisory duties (under direction of manager/director) to include:
Document Clinical Supervision
Monitor the safety of the environment
Monitor the safety of the residents
Communicate with the manager/director, physician and other staff members.
Assist in providing training and education to staff
Attend and participate in mandatory staff meetings, in-services, and floor team meetings
Participate in activities organized to ensure quality of services
Adhere to treatment philosophy, structure of the program, and individualized treatment plans
Complete documentation related to residents within the medical record
Assist residents to groups, activities and appointments
Coordinate treatment services to residents
Promote department goals and the mission of Rogers Behavioral Health
Participate in committees, team meetings and team projects, as directed
Participate in the Rogers Operating System (ROS)
Conduct self in a professional manner
