Job Details

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the construction industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Residential Superintendent, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Reviewing projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
4. Reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
5. Managing risks and addressing any issues that may arise.
6. Ensuring all construction projects comply with all building codes and legal requirements.
7. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
8. Meeting contractual conditions of performance and delivering projects on time and within budget.
9. Providing regular status updates to project stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Residential Superintendent role will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in a superintendent role.
2. Proficient in quality control, risk management, and blueprint reading.
3. Solid knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and safety regulations.
4. Experience with residential construction projects in Palm Beach and Jupiter regions is a plus.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
