Providence Real Estate is hiring a full-time Residential Service Technician to join our team at The Eli Winter Springs apartment community in Winter Springs, FL. We are looking for a dependable maintenance professional with experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs who takes pride in quality work and providing excellent service to residents.
This position plays an important role in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and day-to-day operations of the community. Responsibilities include completing service requests, preparing apartments for new residents, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and helping maintain common areas and curb appeal. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the onsite team.
Pay: $21–$25 per hour, based on experience
