Four Seasons Kanga Roof is hiring a Residential Service Technician to service homes throughout Roseville, MI and complete exceptional repairs and maintenance on their roofing systems.
This role pays $30.00 - $40.00/hour (based on experience), provides a robust benefits package (described later in ad), and offers a 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule. Core Responsibilities:
As the newest member of our team, you'll run residential service calls to properly inspect, repair, and maintain our customers' roofs. You'll visit clients' homes, provide professional customer service, and complete top-notch, hands-on work. New technicians may join you during the job, and you'll be responsible for guiding them throughout the project and training them on our quality standards and company policies. Since you're representing our company while on the job, you'll need to maintain a professional appearance and keep your work vehicle neat and organized. You'll complete accurate work, maintain detailed job records in our CRM, and attend regular meetings and training sessions to keep growing and improving.
