Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering top-quality service in residential and light commercial plumbing.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
- Install and service water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer systems, and pumps.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls as scheduled.
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Educate customers on plumbing solutions and preventive maintenance.
- Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accurately.
- Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools.
- Represent Ted’s with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).
