We’re looking for a driven, in-home Residential Sales Representative who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to earn what they’re worth. This is a face-to-face, appointment-based sales role with a trusted brand, strong support, and a proven process.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations using a proven, structured sales process 
  •  Perform water testing demonstrations to educate homeowners on their water quality 
  •  Recommend customized water treatment solutions (softeners, reverse osmosis, filtration systems) 
  •  Close sales during the appointment whenever possible 
  •  Manage follow-up opportunities and maintain communication with prospects 
  •  Accurately document customer information, proposals, and outcomes 
  •  Represent the Culligan brand with professionalism and integrity in every home
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative sales (preferred but not required for the right candidate) 
  •  Strong communication and presentation skills
  •  Confidence in asking for the sale and overcoming objections 
  •  Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
  •  Ability to work evenings and some weekends (when homeowners are available) 
  •  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  •  Coachable and open to following a structured sales system
