Known for delivering luxury home transformations with precision, integrity, and white-glove service, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our award-winning team.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll take the lead on multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, a smooth client experience, and seamless coordination from start to final inspection.
Your Role Includes:
- Managing 4-6 active residential remodeling projects simultaneously
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely trade partner execution
- Conducting regular client check-ins (including weekly face-to-face meetings)
- Using BuilderTrend to communicate with clients and internal teams
- Coordinating city inspections and ensuring code compliance
- Proactively identifying and resolving jobsite challenges
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and professional worksite at all times
- Facilitating progress payments and maintaining jobsite budgets
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential remodeling and project management
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Carpentry experience (rough and finish) and a solid understanding of all trades
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership, coordination, and client relationship skills
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
- Experience with BuilderTrend (or similar construction management software) is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must reside in the San Diego area

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Occasional on-call responsibilities
