Are you a skilled craftsman with strong hands-on remodeling experience who is ready to step into a supervisory role?
You've done the work yourself - now you want to use that technical expertise to oversee subcontractors, ensure high-quality results, and manage projects without doing all the physical labor yourself.
Morgan Pro Services is hiring a Residential Remodeling Lead who has the field knowledge to guarantee work is done right the first time while leading a team of subcontractors.
What You'll Earn

What You'll Do
- Oversee and supervise subcontractors performing residential remodeling and repair work
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, local codes, and customer expectations
- Conduct site visits, quality checks, and final walkthroughs
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines
- Provide technical guidance and direction to subcontractors
- Handle customer communications and resolve any field issues
What You Need
- 3+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience (you've personally done the work)
- Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing, tile, drywall, trim carpentry, painting, flooring, doors/windows, siding, and general home repairs
- Experience leading or supervising subcontractors or crews
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Professional pride in quality workmanship and doing things the right way
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work safely at heights or in tight spaces
