Calm Water and Bath in Cherry Hill Township, NJ is hiring multiple motivated full-time Residential Remodel Design Consultants who know how to build new connections and find the right solutions for each client's unique needs. You'll travel throughout South Jersey, meeting with homeowners, booking remodeling jobs, and helping drive sales.

Performance-based pay: your compensation is directly affected by your closed deals, and you'll have an earning potential of $150,000 - $250,000/year

Reasonable hours: the typical schedule is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed to meet with homeowners

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR RESIDENTIAL REMODEL DESIGN CONSULTANT:

• Meet with homeowners throughout South Jersey and speak with them in-depth about their home improvement needs
• Ask effective questions, truly listen to homeowners, and create custom designs to fit their budget and style
• Take photos of the home, accurately document information, and draw up contracts
• Present designs, address concerns, and make adjustments as needed to gain homeowner approval
• Stay motivated and positive throughout the day

What We Need From You:

• Positive and motivated attitude
• Goal-driven mindset and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to travel to homes throughout South Jersey
• Experience meeting with homeowners and closing deals - preferred, not required
