Dircks Moving & Logistics is seeking a Residential Salesperson who will be involved in interactions with our Customers, Operations, and Customer Support while ensuring we deliver the highest quality service to our customers. SUMMARY This role is responsible for executing residential sales from survey through close by conducting accurate in-home and virtual estimates, managing leads and CRM pipelines, and achieving revenue, profit, and closing targets. The position also focuses on generating self-sourced leads, maintaining strong referral relationships, ensuring operational alignment for booked moves, and representing the company professionally while continuously improving sales performance.
