• Prepare and review comparative market analyses for pricing and offer decisions.
• Plan and host open houses with structured follow-up to convert visitors into clients.
• Coordinate with operations to manage inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines.
• Maintain accurate transaction files and communication logs for compliance.
• Attend local meetings, tours, and trainings to stay current on market conditions.
