Are you a mental health professional with experience in crisis work with minors and their families? Ready to take on a leadership role? Were looking for a compassionate and organized leader to support and develop a team of direct care staff while ensuring high-quality, 24/7 services for youth and families. In this role, you will provide coaching, supervision, crisis support, and operational oversight, helping staff succeed and foster a positive, equity-centered team culture. As the Crisis Program Supervisor, youll oversee scheduling, documentation, compliance, and program performance to ensure safety and effective youth-focused services. REQUIRED:
Education/Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work/Counseling/Psychology/Marriage & Family Therapy OR
Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience
Applicable experience can include paid or unpaid experience working with youth or families, working in a mental health setting or providing crisis support to youth
Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time
At least 21 years of age
Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and insurability through Senecas' insurance policy
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
PREFERRED:
SCHEDULE
Full-time; four 10-hour shifts per week
Option 1: Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 2am
Option 2 : Wednesday - Saturday, 8am - 6pm
Exact schedule can be determined with the program Director
Rotating on-call shift scheduled ahead of time
