We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Residential Program Manager to lead and support our community homes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overall house operations, including budgeting, hiring and supervising staff, and creating a safe, supportive environment where each resident can thrive.
 

You’ll help ensure each home reflects the needs, preferences, and individuality of the people who live there, while staying aligned with state and agency guidelines. This role works closely with internal leaders, direct support teams, families, nursing supports, and community partners.
 

This is not a desk-only job, our Program Managers stay connected to the homes, pitch in when needed, and are part of an on-call rotation, stepping in to support when the needs of the homes require it.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple residential homes to ensure quality care and support

  • Lead, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals and an Assistant Manager

  • Be on-calland step in to help in the homes when needed (including emergency coverage)

  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support

  • Manage staffing, schedules, and coverage to meet each home’s needs

  • Oversee medical care coordination, appointments, and medication compliance

  • Monitor budgets, spending, and individuals’ personal funds

  • Maintain homes, vehicles, and overall property standards

  • Partner with families, providers, and community resources

  • Support hiring, training, and performance management of staff
     

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required (Associate’s preferred)

  • 3+ years in the IDD field, including 2+ years of leadership experience required

  • Medication Administration certification required

  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

  • Valid and Current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (required) *Driver's License, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence*
