Residential Plumbing Service Technician
Location: Field-Based | Full-Time
Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00/hour depending on experience and skill level
Available Schedules:
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and components
- Perform maintenance and service work with a focus on long-term solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and next steps
- Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codes
- Maintain accurate documentation and job notes
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
- Adapt to varying job conditions and service demands throughout the day
What You Bring
- 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Physical ability to handle tools, equipment, and varying job site conditions
- Willingness to work in different environments and weather conditions
