Job Title: Residential Plumbing Service Technician
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (depending on experience) + bonuses, commissions, and incentives | $70,000-$90,000+ total earning potential

As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, complete service calls, perform water heater repairs and replacements, service filtration systems, troubleshoot leaks and drain issues, and deliver excellent customer service on every call. Compensation & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including leaks, fixtures, faucets, piping, drain lines, and water systems. Service and install both tanked and tankless water heaters, maintain residential water filtration systems, and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings and repair solutions. Maintain professionalism, organization, and service quality while managing service calls independently. Light HVAC or mini-split support may occasionally be required.
What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, outdoors, and elevated spaces
• Basic plumbing tools
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
