Residential New Construction Field Supervisor

Location: Traverse City
Pay: $70,000+ per year (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Residential New Construction (RNC) Field Supervisor to lead and grow our RNC division in a new market. This role requires a highly self-motivated leader who can manage projects from start to finish, oversee installation crews, and serve as the primary field liaison between builders, installers, and the home office.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all residential new construction HVAC projects in the assigned market

• Manage, schedule, and lead installation crews to ensure quality and efficiency

• Coordinate closely with the home office on scheduling, materials, job progress, and reporting

• Communicate professionally with builders, superintendents, and customers to maintain strong relationships

• Ensure installations meet company standards, code requirements, and job specifications

• Perform jobsite visits, inspections, and quality control checks

• Proactively identify and resolve jobsite issues, delays, or conflicts

• Maintain project timelines and help drive production goals

• Uphold safety standards and enforce best practices in the field

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience required (residential new construction experience strongly preferred)

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing installers or crews

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication skills with both field teams and office staff

• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work independently

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
