As a Residential Manager, you will lead a team of Mentors and Shift Supervisors, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for our students. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication skills, and a heart for service. You will manage scheduling, safety, staff development, and the overall atmosphere and upkeep of your residential home.

We incorporate Relational DBT into every aspect of our program, ensuring that our therapists and staff are trained to help students practice these skills continually.
Responsibilities • Oversees the residential supervisors and mentors. • Attend weekly Treatment Team Meetings and communicate residential updates. • Updating Treatment Plans about progress of students. • Training Shift Supervisors on how to complete residential information in Treatment Plans. • Collaborate with all departments to decrease operational safety metrics year over year (AWOL, self-harm, hospitalizations, early discharge, etc.). • Interview, hire and train new staff as needed. • Maintain, create, and edit daily student schedule for residential staff team. • Manage and plan program outings. • Consistent one on one supervisions with direct reports. • Maintaining documentation of supervisions.
Qualifications Required: • Minimum 2 years experience working with adolescents in therapeutic program(s). • Leadership experience managing direct reports. • 21+ years of age or older. • Current drivers license. • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen. • Able to pass criminal investigation background check. • Able to perform CPR and First-Aid.
Preferred: • Leadership experience in a residential treatment setting. • Bachelors Degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred, but not essential. • Skilled in de-escalating agitated students, and managing crisis situations.
