About the Opportunity

Under the direction of the Engineer, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the property and providing superior customer service to all residents. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:

  • Assisting the Lead Engineer in maintaining the property
  • Processing all resident service requests in a timely manner
  • Performing preventative maintenance duties and unit inspections
  • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
  • Performing turnovers and renovation of apartments

Attendance is essential to this position. The community is open 24/7, and weekend work or overnight hours may be expected.

What You Bring

As a Maintenance Technician, you will need:

  • Three to five years of engineering experience with strong customer service skills and a high school diploma
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. and safely move appliances
  • Comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet
  • Experience in multifamily or hospitality environments preferred but not required
