Providence Real Estate is seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Stratford Apartments in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and understands the importance of providing exceptional service to residents.

Pay: $25-$28 per hour, based on experience

Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
Prepare apartments for move-in (make-readies) to company standards
Complete service requests efficiently with minimal supervision
Maintain curb appeal, common areas, and preventative maintenance schedules
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for maintenance emergencies
Communicate professionally with residents and the onsite team
This role requires someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver quality results. You will be trusted to solve maintenance issues efficiently while helping maintain the overall appearance and operation of the community.

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
HVAC certification required
Proven troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly, and meet deadlines
