What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Complete system repairs, component replacements, and minor installations
• Use ServiceTitan for work orders, scheduling, and documentation
• Educate customers on system performance and service recommendations
• Ensure compliance with EPA standards and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate service records

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician / HVAC Tech
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (heating, cooling, ventilation)
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Willingness to participate in rotating weekend schedule

Compensation & Benefits
