You listen, diagnose across furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, or even a boiler, and then clearly lay out options—repair, replace, financing, or a service agreement—so they can confidently choose what’s best for their home and budget.

What You’ll Do
- Run full-scope residential HVAC service and repair calls, including the tough diagnostic jobs.
- Identify and resolve issues across a range of equipment: furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers.
- Spot potential problems early to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
- Guide homeowners through options—repair vs. replace, financing, and maintenance plans—so they can make informed decisions.
- Own your metrics and consistently hit revenue and service goals.
What You Bring
- Proven residential HVAC expertise—real diagnostics in real homes.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and local codes.
- Comfort with tech: ServiceTitan, iPads, and digital invoicing.
- Great communication at the kitchen table—clear, respectful, and solution-focused.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; fluent in English.
- Personal standards of excellence—you track your numbers because you care about your craft.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay $25–$50/hr depending on experience.
- Uncapped performance bonuses—top performers commonly earn $100,000–$200,000+ total compensation.
