We're currently seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a customer‑focused approach
- Clearly explain findings, recommendations, and system care to homeowners
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver timely, high‑quality service
- Maintain professionalism and build lasting customer trust
Pay & Compensation
- $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience
- Top technicians earn $120K-$130K annually

What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
