HVAC Service Technician

Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay:$38-$46 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday; minimum once-a-month on-call rotation and overtime as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum two years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• HVAC trade school certificate is preferred
• EPA Universal
• Great customer service skills
• NATE certification is a plus

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform service work according to company quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members
• Assist with training and supporting other Service Technicians
• Participate in the on-call rotation and work overtime as needed
