We are currently looking for a residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Position Summary: Provide maintenance and repair services for a wide range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems in accordance with company standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Support the training and development of other service technicians.

Work Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday - Friday, overtime as required. On-call rotational schedule every other week without any late-night calls.

Pay Range: Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience + bonus opportunities and employee advancement program

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• At least 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• NATE Certified is preferred
