Hales AC is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to serve homeowners across St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, and nearby Tampa Bay communities. We have served Tampa Bay since 1986 and are growing with refreshed field leadership focused on accountability, technician support, and strong daily revenue opportunities.
What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential air conditioning, heat pump, air handler, ductless, thermostat, and ventilation systems.
• Give customers clear options, upfront explanations, and professional service on every call.
• Complete accurate service records, parts usage, and job notes.
• Participate in the rotating evening and weekend schedule that supports our 24/7 service promise.
• Keep learning as equipment, codes, tools, and customer expectations evolve.

What we are looking for

• Residential HVAC service experience or strong technical training.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
