Residential HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on union card
Work Schedule: Monday Through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | Overtime available
What You Will Be Doing:
Diagnostics, Service, maintenance, and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems
Consulting customers on repair, upgrades, IAQ accessories and replacement options
Testing and balancing systems
Reading, analyzing, and applying information from wiring schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints

What We Are Looking For:
2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, or an equivalent combination of formal training and practical work experience
Possession of EPA Type I & II certification or EPA Universal Certification
Strong understanding of HVAC systems with the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of equipment issues
Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Highly organized with the ability to manage responsibilities effectively while working independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
Completion of an HVAC trade school or technical training program is preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
