Pay & Schedule
$29.00-$34.00 per hour, plus spiffs
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Rotating on-call schedule

What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
Deliver excellent customer service and clearly explain repair and replacement options
Recommend HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs
Perform high-quality work while following safety and company standards
Work efficiently during regular hours with occasional overtime during peak seasons
What We're Looking For
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Certification
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
Preferred (Not Required)
NATE Certification
