What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, ductless, boilers)
• Perform maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and repair options
• Document work using ServiceTitan or similar software

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 40+ hours per week
• On-call rotation every 4–5 weeks

Pay & Benefits

• $30.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
• $5,000/year SPIFFs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Professional communication with customers
