Compensation & Schedule
- $27-$40 per hour base (Top performers earn $40+/hour with incentives)
- Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime

Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
- Deliver clear, honest recommendations to customers
- Complete all repairs and maintenance according to company quality standards
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate job status effectively
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Completion of an HVAC technical training program
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Own basic hand tools
