Compensation & Schedule
- $34+/hour depending on experience
- Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime

Key Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial buildings
- Perform installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Maintain clean and safe job sites from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise
- Continuously improve your skills through company training programs
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within one year)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
